How Northline Calls works.
We operate a pay-per-call marketing and referral network connecting Northern New Jersey callers with an independent restoration provider. We are — explicitly — not the contractor that performs the work.
What we do
Route calls to a vetted independent provider.
When a Northern New Jersey resident searches for water-damage restoration, the phone number they call is operated by Northline Calls LLC. A live dispatcher answers, takes the caller's ZIP and the cause of the water, and routes the call to an independent, vetted restoration provider. We are compensated per qualified, answered call — never per click, impression, or form-fill.

Our network focuses on Northern New Jersey. Calls are routed to providers serving these counties:

Northline Calls LLC is a marketing and referral business. We do not directly perform water-damage restoration, mitigation, construction, plumbing, HVAC, mold remediation, or any other home services. Calls routed from our network are handled by independent third-party providers. Any service agreement is between the consumer and the provider that answers the call; Northline Calls is not a party to that agreement and does not warrant, endorse, or certify any provider in our network.
Business model
Paid per answered call — never per click or lead form.
We only get paid when a call we refer is picked up by a restoration provider. Our compensation is per qualified, answered call — never per click, impression, or lead-form submission. We do not buy or sell clicks, impressions, or form-fills.
